Payment Options

The following payment methods are available depending on the product. All prices listed are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.

Payment via PayPal
Payment is processed through the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. During the order process, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal payment page.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one or pay using the guest checkout option. Once the payment is successful, your MP3 download will be made available immediately.

Payment via Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details and your order number. Please enter this order number as the payment reference so we can assign your payment correctly. Delivery will take place after full payment has been received. Transfers within Austria usually take up to three business days. For transfers from other EU countries, processing may take up to five business days.

Note on the Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing digital content such as MP3 files, your statutory right of withdrawal expires as soon as you explicitly agree that we may begin execution before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This agreement is made during the ordering process in accordance with § 18 Abs 1 Z 11 FAGG.

Payment for in-app content is processed through in-app purchases in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment processing and invoicing are handled directly by the respective platform provider in accordance with their terms of use and payment policies. After successful payment, access to the tour content within the app is granted immediately.

Notice regarding the right of withdrawal
Since this involves digital content provided immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal also expires in this case pursuant to § 18 para. 1 item 11 of the FAGG, provided you expressly consented to this during the purchase and were informed accordingly.

Payment by Invoice
When booking a guided tour, you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice via email. Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice within the stated deadline. Participation is only possible after full payment has been received.

Notice Regarding the Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal if the city tour is to be provided at a specific time, as this constitutes a leisure service under § 18 para. 1 item 10 of the FAGG.

Summary of the Right of Withdrawal under § 18 FAGG
There is no right of withdrawal for:

• digital content, if the customer explicitly agrees that the service will begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that this waives the right of withdrawal
• services provided at a specific time or within a clearly defined period, such as scheduled city tours
