Payment Options

The following payment methods are available depending on the product. All prices listed are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.

Payment via WooPayments / Stripe
All available payment methods are processed through our payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (“Stripe”).

The following payment methods are available to you:

• Credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• EPS
• iDEAL
• Klarna
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Alipay
• WeChat Pay

During the checkout process, you can select your preferred payment method. Your payment details are entered and transmitted securely and encrypted via Stripe’s servers. Once your payment has been successfully completed, your MP3 download will be made available to you immediately.

Payment via Klarna
With Klarna, you can conveniently pay by instant bank transfer, installment payment, or other options offered by Klarna. During the checkout process, you will be automatically redirected to the Klarna payment page, where you can choose your preferred payment option and complete your payment.

Payment via Apple Pay
If you use Apple Pay, you can confirm your payment directly on your Apple device. The transaction is processed securely and encrypted via Stripe.
A prerequisite is that Apple Pay is activated on your device.

Payment via Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can conveniently pay for your order using the payment details stored in your Google account. The processing is also handled securely via Stripe.
A prerequisite is that Google Pay is activated on your device.

Payment via EPS, iDEAL, Alipay or WeChat Pay
These regional or international payment methods are also processed via Stripe. After selection, you will be automatically redirected to the respective payment provider to complete your transaction securely.

Payment via Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing our bank details and your order number. Please include this order number as the payment reference so that we can correctly assign your payment. Delivery will take place once full payment has been received. Bank transfers usually take up to three business days within Austria. For transfers from EU countries, processing may take up to five business days.

Note on the Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing digital content such as MP3 files, your statutory right of withdrawal expires once you expressly agree that we begin processing before the withdrawal period has ended and you confirm that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. This consent is obtained during the order process in accordance with § 18 Abs. 1 Z 11 FAGG.

Payment for in-app content is processed through in-app purchases in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment processing and invoicing are handled directly by the respective platform provider in accordance with their terms of use and payment policies. After successful payment, access to the tour content within the app is granted immediately.

Notice regarding the right of withdrawal
Since this involves digital content provided immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal also expires in this case pursuant to § 18 para. 1 item 11 of the FAGG, provided you expressly consented to this during the purchase and were informed accordingly.

Payment by Invoice
When booking a guided tour, you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice via email. Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice within the stated deadline. Participation is only possible after full payment has been received.

Notice Regarding the Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal if the city tour is to be provided at a specific time, as this constitutes a leisure service under § 18 para. 1 item 10 of the FAGG.

Summary of the Right of Withdrawal under § 18 FAGG
There is no right of withdrawal for:

• digital content, if the customer explicitly agrees that the service will begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that this waives the right of withdrawal
• services provided at a specific time or within a clearly defined period, such as scheduled city tours
